REFUND POLICY
We are committed to providing our customers with the highest level of satisfaction. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer store credit for regular priced merchandise that meets the following requirements:
- Our return policy is valid for 15 days, which means that you have 15 calendar days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.
- The item(s) must be sent in their original condition: unwashed and unworn and undamaged; no deodorant, perfume, stains, etc.
- Hygienic liner still on.
- Original packaging (box, satin bag, etc.)
- A valid proof of purchase must be provided.
- Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for store credit.
Please note that returning items are not eligible for refunds, and store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card. Your gift card will be issued for the full value of your returned bodysuits and will not expire.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, please contact Customer Service. You can also reach out to us via live chat or email for any inquiries or assistance you may need.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@bessonbarcelona.com. If your return is accepted, we will cover the return shipping on all orders within Canada with a pre-paid return label. Be sure to have your order number and email address ready.
We currently do not offer free returns for U.S. orders. Customers within the U.S. will be responsible for return shipment and cost.
Besson is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. Make sure everything is in good condition and that you got everything you ordered. If there are any problems, let us know right away. We will take care of it and make sure you are satisfied.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer exchanges. Please follow the return policy steps for the items you wish to exchange and visit us online to submit a new order for your new items.
FINAL SALES ITEMS
All items marked "Final Sale" are considered final sale and cannot be returned once purchased.
